1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

All orders are processed within 1-1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Exclusions:

  • All other U.S. Territories and Armed Forces bases (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO).

4. Total Delivery Time

The total time to receive your order is the Order Processing Time + Estimated Transit Time.

  • Example: 1-2 Business Days (Processing) + 3-5 Business Days (Transit) = 4-7 Business Days (Total Delivery).

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by delays (e.g., weather, holidays).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages and Issues

Pool-Guard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Taxes

Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address and in accordance with state laws.
