Return & Refund Policy
At pool-guard.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first at service@pool-guard.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damages and Issues (Defective or Wrong Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Labels
The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- For Defective or Wrong Items: We (Pool-Guard) will cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return label to download and print.
- For Customer Remorse (Changed Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer want it, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. You will need to purchase your own shipping label from a carrier of your choice.
5. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@pool-guard.com.
